Bloemendaal rewards spectacular development Teun Hogenhout
Bloemendaal has officially added talented midfielder Teun Hogenhout (16) to the men's squad. The youth international had played his whole life in the youth of Bloemendaal and has already played almost all league games this season.
According to board member Tophockey Michiel Hilders, Hogenhout, with his insight, speed and mentality, fits perfectly into the club's top hockey programme. 'Teun has developed exceptionally quickly and already played an important role in the EHL in London.' Daan Meijer, board member Top Youth, also praises Hogenhout's commitment and enjoyment: 'His progression shows how important our youth training is.'
Hogenhout himself already feels completely at home in the group. 'From the start, I have been taken care of fantastically here. This team is really a group of friends and that motivates me enormously,' said the young midfielder, who is looking forward to further growth and big matches in front of a full 't Kopje.
