In the battle for tickets to the playoffs in the Tulp Hoofdklasse Men, Den Bosch did good business. Direct competitors Bloemendaal were beaten 3-2 at 't Kopje. The victory lifted the Bosch formation to fourth place in the rankings. As Amsterdam also won, 4-1 against HDM, Pinoké dropped out of the top four. At the bottom, Schaerweijde won the relegation battle against Hurley 2-1. As a result, the team from Zeist reduced the gap to the safe ninth place to one point.

BLOEMENDAAL - DEN BOSCH 2-3
After nineteen years Den Bosch won again at 't Kopje van Bloemendaal. On 25 March 2007 it was 1-4. This time, the Bosch formation stepped off the pitch with a 3-2 victory.

In the first quarter, the visitors laid the foundation for victory thanks to goals by Koen Bijen and Max Kreft. Teun Beins reduced the deficit from a penalty corner in the fourth quarter, but Den Bosch struck shortly after via a raking penalty corner by Timo Boers. It was already his nineteenth of the season for Boers.

Beins is Bloemendaal's club top scorer with thirteen goals, equalling his personal record. In the closing stages, Zach Wallace made the final score 2-3 from a penalty stroke.

It was Den Bosch's ninth win in the last 12 league matches. Moreover, it was the sixth away win in a row, something the team never achieved before in premier league history. The victory lifted Den Bosch to fourth place, which at the end of the season entitles them to participate in the play-offs.

For Bloemendaal, it was the second defeat in the last eight league games, in which it also won only three times. The team remains sixth, three points off Den Bosch.

SCHAERWEIJDE - HURLEY 2-1
Never before has a match between Hurley and Schaerweijde ended in a draw and this time it did not. The relegation battle in the Kuil became a triumph for Schaerweijde, which won 2-1.

It was the first home win for the number ten on the league table since 12 November 2023, when Klein Zwitserland were beaten 3-2. Niels de Joode and Jelle Westendorp scored for the Zeister formation, which won again after six league matches.

Hurley suffered their sixth defeat in a row and have yet to win a match this season. The team has been waiting for a win for 27 matches at the highest level. With one point, Hurley remains bottom of the league. Schaerweijde has number nine HDM in its sights, the difference still only one point.

ROTTERDAM - KAMPONG 3-1
In recent years, Kampong had become a fearsome opponent for Rotterdam. They won only once in the last 11 meetings. On Sunday, Rotterdam added a second win. Kampong was beaten 3-1 at their own Schouten Zekerheid Stadium.

Kampong took the lead after half-time thanks to a penalty corner by Jip Janssen, but goals by Nick van Trigt, Tjep Hoedemakers and Timme van der Heijden gave Rotterdam its fifth league win in a row.
Kampong continues to struggle. The team failed to win in its last five matches and suffered its sixth defeat in its last nine matches. Kampong is eighth.

Rotterdam is second, three points off still unbeaten leader Oranje-Rood.

AMSTERDAM - HDM 4-1
It didn't go easy, but Amsterdam eventually scored a big victory over HDM. At the Wagener Stadium it was 4-1.

Five minutes after half-time, Sam Steins Bisschop put Amsterdam ahead. Pepijn Schras equalised, then David Huussen from a penalty corner put the home team ahead again. Dayaan Cassiem and Luke Dommershuijzen, also from a corner, secured the victory.

It was Amsterdam's fifth win in the last six matches and the team is already seven matches unbeaten. That run has seen Amsterdam climb to third place. The gap with number five Pinoké is only two points.

HDM suffered its seventh defeat in the last nine league matches. The team remains ninth, although the lead over number ten Schaerweijde has shrunk to one point.

KLEIN ZWITSERLAND - LAREN 4-1
Thanks in part to two goals by Aki Käppeler, Klein Zwitserland recorded a 4-1 win over Laren. It was only the third win in the last ten matches for the Hague formation, which had lost the previous two.

For Laren, it was the 250th defeat in 478 matches at the highest level. The team suffered its sixth defeat in a row and won only one of its last 18 matches in the Tulp Hoofdklasse. On foreign soil, Laren has been waiting for a win for 25 matches. With five points from seventeen matches, the Gooi team is eleventh. Klein Zwitserland is seventh.
