Pinoké ladies have regained third place in the Tulp Hoofdklasse from Amsterdam. Kampong kept their eyes on the playoffs thanks to a 5-1 win over HDM. Tilburg beat Rotterdam (2-1) and SCHC was 8-0 too strong for Huizen.

Pinoké - Oranje-Rood 2-0

Only after half-time did Pinoké succeed in breaking through the Oranje-Rood defence. The Eindhoven team had the chance to take the lead before the break, but a penalty stroke by Madelief de Beer was cleverly kept out of the goal by goalkeeper Kiki Gunneman. At the other end, Imke Verstraeten was prolific from the penalty spot. In the last quarter, she gave Pinoké the lead before Kari Stam made it 2-0. With this victory, Pinoké passes Amsterdam on the rankings and moves up to third place. Oranje-Rood remains eleventh and failed to score for the third away game in a row.

Kampong - HDM 5-1

After last week's 7-2 win over Oranje-Rood, Kampong took another blowout in the Tulp Hoofdklasse. This time HDM was the victim of the Utrecht thrust. At the Klapperboom it was 5-1. It was Kampong's first home victory over HDM since 2018. The Utrecht goal tally was led by international Luna Fokke, who brought her season total to 11 with two goals - a personal record. The other Kampong goals came from Guusje Moes, Noor van den Nieuwenhof and Mea de Vries. For HDM, which meanwhile suffered its sixth defeat in a row, only Belén van den Broek managed to find the net via a penalty stroke. With this victory, Kampong reduced the gap with number four on the league table, Amsterdam, to just three points, meaning coach Kai de Jager's team remains firmly in the race for a play-off spot.

Huizen - SCHC 0-8

The most prolific team in the Tulp Hoofdklasse faced the most passed defence, and that difference in strength was evident this afternoon. HUIZEN had no answer to the attacking power of SCHC, which won convincingly. Yibbi Jansen was the big star with four goals. Besides Jansen, sisters Pien and Jip Dicke, Trijntje Beljaars and Maud van den Heuvel also scored. Thanks to this victory, SCHC is already unbeaten for seven league games. HUIZEN, on the other hand, is still waiting for its first three-peat in front of its own crowd.

Tilburg - Rotterdam 2-1

With its second win since the winter break, Tilburg extended its unbeaten run to four league games. The home team beat Rotterdam 2-1. Inge Dankers opened the scoring, then Daphne Nikkels doubled the lead from a penalty corner. Rotterdam brought the tension back through a penalty stroke scored by Julie van Dam, but an equaliser failed to materialise. For the Rotterdammers, this marked the fourth defeat in a row. Tilburg consolidates its position in the top six and may cautiously dream of the play-offs.
