Renske Balemans has found a new club in Hurley. The 21-year-old striker joins from national champions Amsterdam.

Balemans made the move from Tilburg to Amsterdam in the summer of 2024. In her first season in the capital, she scored six goals; last season, she managed just two.

Hurley coach Albert Kees Manenschijn is delighted with the added experience Balemans brings to his team’s attack. ‘Renske is a talented forward who, until recently, was part of the Jong Oranje training squad. She brings more experience than her age would suggest and fits in well with Hurley’s ambitions.’

Balemans replaces Olivia Huisman at Hurley, who has moved to HDM. The Manenschijn-based team had already strengthened its squad earlier this summer with American international Beth Yeager and SCHC defender Naomi Brunsveld.
