Oranje-Rood in hunt for unique win at Bloemendaal

In the Tulp Hoofdklasse Men, we get ready for round 19. Oranje-Rood face a crucial match at 't Kopje against Bloemendaal, while Amsterdam and Kampong take on each other. Here are the stats.
SCHC - LITTLE SWITZERLAND
Saturday, 16:30
- SCHC won five of the last eight games against KZ (L3).
- SCHC is performing better after the winter break than before. Of the six matches, the team won two, against one draw and three defeats.
- KZ recovered from a string of three defeats in a row last week with a 4-0 win over Nijmegen.
- KZ officially needs one more point to be sure of class retention and to continue playing at the highest level next season.
- KZ lost its last two away games, having previously remained unbeaten on foreign soil four times in a row (D W D W).
BLOEMENDAAL - ORANGE-ROOD
Saturday, 6:30pm
- Oranje-Rood only won one of its 16 league duels with Bloemendaal (G5 V10). That was in Eindhoven on 26 March 2017, when it finished 5-4 in a spectacular match.
- Oranje-Rood never won an away match against Bloemendaal in the regular league (D1 L6).
- Bloemendaal kept the nil twice in seven home matches with Oranje-Rood and only conceded eight goals.
- Bloemendaal's results have been shaky since the winter break: three wins, one draw and three defeats.
- Orange-Rood has already scored 48 goals in 18 matches this season. Only in the 2016-2017 (52) and 2020-2021 (63) seasons did the Eindhoven side face more goals.
AMSTERDAM - KAMPONG

- Amsterdam won only two of its last 14 matches with Kampong (D3 L9).
- The last 10 matches between the two teams never ended in a draw: eight wins for Kampong and two for Amsterdam.
- Only three goals fell in the last three editions of Amsterdam-Kampong: 1-0 on 10 April 2022, 0-1 on 15 September 2022 and 0-1 on 21 April 2024.
- Together with Den Bosch, Amsterdam is the only team that has not lost at home this season (W7 D2).
- Kampong is unbeaten since four matches (W W D W) and lost only one of its last 10 league games (W7 D2): it happened in the away match against Rotterdam on 9 March 2025 (2-1).
PINOKÉ - ROTTERDAM

- Rotterdam won the last two matches with Pinoké and won three of the last four underdogs (L1).
- The most goal-rich edition of Pinoké-Rotterdam is the 5-5 of 19 April 2009. Johrus Gommers scored a hat-trick for the Rotterdammers that day, Mathijs van Weerd scored twice on behalf of Pinoké.
- Pinoké won its last four matches, scoring 20 goals.
- Rotterdam won only two of its last nine away games in the Hoofdklasse (D5 L2). That happened at KZ (0-4) and Hurley (0-10).
- Pinoké attacker Joep Troost scored at least three goals (3 - 1 - 5 - 3) in three of the last four rounds of play. He needed just 21 days for those 12 goals.
DEN BOSCH - HURLEY

- Den Bosch won the last eight matches against Hurley since a 0-1 defeat at the Oosterplas on 18 March 2016 (goal by Luuk van Duren).
- Den Bosch won its last four home games against Hurley: 4-2, 2-1, 3-0 and 5-2.
- Hurley lost its last four matches since a 1-1 at HDM on 9 March 2025.
- On its own pitch, Den Bosch is unbeaten for 12 matches in a row (W8 D4). The last defeat at the Oosterplas was on 7 April 2024 (3-7 against Rotterdam).
- Den Bosch defender Timo Boers is two goals away from his fiftieth goal in the Hoofdklasse. He scored nine goals in 2022-2023, 18 in 2023-2024 and 21 in this season.
NIJMEGEN - HDM

- The only mutual match so far was the outing in the first half of the competition: Jim van de Venne opened the score for Nijmegen in The Hague, but then Chris Taberima (two goals) and Marc Bolto tipped the match.
- Nijmegen lost its last seven games since a 4-1 win over Hurley.
- Nijmegen won only one of its last 40 matches in the Hoofdklasse (D7 L32).
- HDM is already ten games in a row without a win (D3 L7) since its 3-1 win over Nijmegen on 26 October 2024.
- Chris Taberima scored thirteen goals for HDM this season, but only scored once after the winter break (at home against Den Bosch, 1-1).
