Victoria has strengthened its squad with four new players. The newly promoted side welcomes Sabine van Eijnden, Joy Haarman, Roos Ezendam and Julie Klop to the squad for their return to the Tulp Hoofdklasse.

Van Eijnden is returning to her former club. The defender previously played for Victoria between 2018 and 2022 and in the 2023–2024 season, after which she spent two seasons with HDM. Joy Haarman is making the move from Rotterdam and also brings experience at Hoofdklasse level. The midfield is set to be bolstered by the arrival of Roos Ezendam, who joins from Tilburg. Julie Klop joins from Rotterdam MO18. The talented defender has gained experience at national level in recent years.

Alongside these four new signings, three players are leaving. Victoria bids farewell to Mady Hoff. Yip van Wonderen is continuing her career in the United States, whilst Lois Boerman is moving to another club.
