What the stats say
- HDM has been waiting for a win over Rotterdam (D3 V7) for 10 games in the Hoofdklasse.
 - HDM's last win over Rotterdam was from 17 October 2010, when it finished 5-4 in The Hague. Robin de Munck scored the winning goal for HDM from a penalty stroke in the final minute that day.
 - The outward match of the first half of the competition ended in a 7-2 home victory for Rotterdam. Six of the nine goals then fell in the last nineteen minutes of the match.
 - HDM lost its last five league games and has been waiting for a win for six games in a row (D1 L5).
 - With 53 goals after thirteen match rounds, Rotterdam is the most productive team in this premier league season.

What the stats say
- Both teams only played each other three times at the highest level. Oranje-Rood won twice and once a match ended in a draw.
 - Oranje-Rood is on a strong run. The team has been unbeaten in league play for 16 games in a row (W11 D5), a streak that dates back to the end of last season.
 - Orange-Rood won its last five matches since a 0-0 at home against Rotterdam on 26 October last year. Five wins in a row is an equalling of a club record: the team managed that four times before.

 - In the overall balance, Amsterdam has often beaten Den Bosch, but in the last 13 meetings, Den Bosch has the best records: eight wins, three draws and only two defeats.
 - Den Bosch remained unbeaten against Amsterdam (W W D W D W) on their own pitch for six league matches in a row. Before that, the Bosch team suffered ten home defeats in a row against the team from the capital.
 - Den Bosch won six of its last eight league matches (D1 L1).
