Bloemendaal talent Katerina Langedijk signs for Amsterdam
Amsterdam has strengthened its squad for next season with Katerina Langedijk. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder comes over from Bloemendaal, where she impressed in the first half of the season in the Promotieklasse.
Langedijk did not yet score for Bloemendaal this season despite her good play. Last season, the year in which The Mussen eventually relegated from the Tulp Hoofdklasse, she was good for five goals and became club top scorer together with Rosalie Rosman.
Langedijk is Amsterdam's the first acquisition for the new season. The teenager has gone through various national youth selections in recent years and has been part of the Dutch U18 squad since this season, which will hunt for the world title in Chile in late 2025.
Amsterdam already announced the contract extensions of strikers Noa Muller and Alessia Norbiato last week.
