Amsterdam yearns for win over Bloemendaal

During the tenth round of play of the Tulp Hoofdklasse Men, a delicious top match is on the menu: Bloemendaal-Amsterdam. Read the preview of that cracker here, including the five other matches.
BLOEMENDAAL - AMSTERDAM
- Bloemendaal won the last 10 league games against Amsterdam since a 2-2 draw at Wagener Stadium on 30 September 2018.
 - Bloemendaal won 12 of last 13 matches against Amsterdam (D1) since a 3-2 defeat at the Wagener on 9 April 2017.
 - Amsterdam has been waiting for an away win against Bloemendaal (D1 L8) for nine games in the regular league.
 - On 20 September 2013, Amsterdam last won a regular league game against Bloemendaal at 't Kopje: it was 2-5 that day through goals by Mirco Pruyser (two), Billy Bakker, Valentin Verga and Roc Oliva. Tom Boon and Glenn Schuurman scored against on behalf of Bloemendaal.
 - Together with Den Bosch and Bloemendaal, Amsterdam is still unbeaten in this season (W7 D2). Including last season, the run without defeat is now twelve games long (W8 D4).
HURLEY - PINOKÉ
- Hurley are already eight games in a row without a win over Pinoké (D D D L L L L L).
 - Hurley lost their last five matches with Pinoké since a 4-4 on 27 November 2016 at Pinoké's pitch.
 - Hurley's last win over Pinoké dates from 20 September 2015: 3-1 on their own pitch through goals by Christiaan Collot d'Escury, Thom Hayward and Martin Genestet. On behalf of Pinoké, Dennis Warmerdam scored against.
 - Hurley won only one of their last 15 home matches in the Hoofdklasse (D3 L11): the 2-0 at SCHC on 14 September.
KAMPONG - NIJMEGEN
- Kampong and Nijmegen face each other again in the Hoofdklasse for the first time since season 1976-1977.
 - Kampong remained unbeaten in all eight previous matches with Nijmegen - all on natural grass: D W D W W D W W.
 - Kampong lost its last two home matches: 1-3 against Bloemendaal and 2-4 against Amsterdam.
 - Nijmegen picked up a point against Rotterdam (2-2) last weekend, ending a run of six defeats in a row.
DEN BOSCH - ORANGE-RED
- Orange-Rood is already seven matches in a row without defeat against Den Bosch (W4 D3) since a 3-2 defeat at Oosterplas on 8 December 2019.
 - Like Bloemendaal and Amsterdam, Den Bosch is still unbeaten this season. Coach Nanco Jansonius' team recorded seven wins and played a draw against Kampong (2-2) and Bloemendaal (2-2).
 - Including last season, Den Bosch is already ten league games in a row without defeat (W8 D2). The last defeat in the Hoofdklasse dates from 5 May this year: a surprising 3-1 away at Laren.
 - After three consecutive wins, Oranje-Rood lost eight points in its last three matches: 2-2 at SCHC, 2-3 at home against Bloemendaal and 1-0 at KZ. Oranje-Rood won only three of its last nine matches in the Hoofdklasse (D3 L3).
HDM - KLEIN ZWITSERLAND
- The last three matches between HDM and KZ all ended in a 1-1 draw.
 - HDM won their previous home match (3-1 against Nijmegen), but prior to that suffered three defeats in which the team conceded 18 goals: 0-5 Kampong, 2-7 Bloemendaal and Amsterdam 1-6.
 - KZ won only one of its last seven matches on foreign soil (D1 L5). In that series, the Hague team failed to score three times.
 - Chris Taberima is HDM's most prolific player with nine goals. He accounted for half of all the Hague team's goals (18) this season.
ROTTERDAM - SCHC
- Rotterdam won its last six matches against SCHC and is already 12 games in a row unbeaten against the team from Bilthoven (W9 D3).
 - SCHC last won against Rotterdam on 27 February 2011. At the Hazelaarweg, the scoreboard was then 1-2 after seventy minutes after goals by Conor Harte and Bjorn Kellerman for SCHC and Robert van der Horst on behalf of Rotterdam.
 - Rotterdam only suffered one defeat in eight matches, but already lost ten points through five draws (W2).
 - SCHC recorded its first win of the season with a 3-1 victory over HDM last weekend, after eight matches in a row without a win (D3 L5).
