Hurley bring Sanne Caarls back to the Hoofdklasse

Caarls was born in the Netherlands but has played for the US national team since 2022. With TeamUSA, she gained quite some international experience: she has played 58 international matches so far.

Before her trip to Braxgata, Caarls was playing for Bloemendaal in the Hoofdklasse, where she was also captain.

'After three great years at hockey club Braxgata, I was keen to play Hoofdklasse hockey again,' Caarls said on Hurley's website. 'Hurley is a stable, hard-working team and exudes fun. I hope to do my bit here and again learn a lot from this new environment and motivated team.'
