Jip Dicke queen of field goals, unique achievement Rotterdam
SCHC striker Jip Dicke crowned herself top scorer in terms of field goals and Rotterdam's men set a new club record against Klein Zwitserland. Here are the figures from the final weekend.
TULP HOOFDKLASSE WOMEN
0 - SCHC closed the season with a 3-4 win at Bloemendaal and remained without defeat in all 22 matches. It is for the third time in premier league history that the Bilthoven-based side remained unbeaten for a season, following 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.
2 - Amsterdam attacker Fay van der Elst notched her second Hoofdklasse hat-trick against Rotterdam (7-0). Her first hat-trick also came in a home game against Rotterdam, during the 9-0 win on 24 September 2023.
4 - Van der Elst was involved in four of Amsterdam's seven goals against Rotterdam: she also gave the assist on Marijn Veen's 6-0.
4 - Amsterdam finished the season as the only team with four players scoring at least 10 goals: Trijntje Beljaars and Imke Verstraeten scored 14 times, Katerina Langendijk 11 times and Fay van der Elst 10 times. The last time Amsterdam had four players in double figures was in 2015-16.
5 - Yibbi Jansen is for the fifth season in a row the player with the most penalty corner goals in the Hoofdklasse: she made nineteen this season. In the previous four seasons, she scored twenty, nineteen, nineteen and eighteen goals consecutively from head of circle.
6 - Den Bosch attacker Frédérique Matla crowned herself top scorer of the premier league season with 24 goals. It is the sixth time in history that Matla has claimed the top scorer title. Only Maartje Paumen became top scorer more often (nine times).

9 - Oranje-Rood remained scoreless in a match against Den Bosch (0-6) for the ninth time this season, the most of any team.
17 - SCHC striker Jip Dicke finished the season on twenty goals. She scored seventeen field goals, becoming the player with the most goals from field play.
19 - SCHC only got nineteen hits this season, the fewest of any club. In only two seasons, the team from Bilthoven conceded even fewer goals: sixteen in 2022-2023 and eighteen in 2021-2022.
22 - Frédérique Matla scored three goals in the away match against Oranje-Rood (0-6) and recorded a hat-trick for the 22nd time in the Hoofdklasse.
23 - SCHC also remained unbeaten in its 23rd match against Bloemendaal (3-4 win), maintaining the third-longest series ever without a single defeat against a specific opponent.
50 - Marijn Veen scored her 50th goal for Amsterdam in the Hoofdklasse against Rotterdam. Including her goals for her old club Kampong, the striker's tally stands at 66 in league play.
79 - SCHC ended the season on 79 goals, the most of any club. Coach Robbert van de Peppel's team remained one goal away from equalling the club record from the previous season.
TULP HOOFDKLASSE MEN
1 - Oranje-Rood beat Kampong 2-1 and remained unbeaten in a full season for the first time in club history. The Eindhoven side achieved 17 wins and played five draws.
1 - For the first time in history, Oranje-Rood, Rotterdam, Pinoké and Amsterdam form the field of participants in the play-offs.
5 - No fewer than five Rotterdam players scored at least 10 goals this season: Pepijn van der Heijden (18), Timme van der Heijden (13), Guus Jansen (12), Tjep Hoedemakers (10) and Olivier Hortensius (10). That was unprecedented in the club's premier league history.
9 - Kampong ended the season with nine defeats, the highest number for the team since season 2010-2011. In that season, the Utrechters suffered ten defeats in 22 matches.
9 - Miles Bukkens (Pinoké) and Olivier Hortensius (Rotterdam) both finished top of the shadow shooters classification with nine assists.

10 - Den Bosch defender Timo Boers also scored against HDM (3-3) in his tenth league game after the winter break and had no fewer than 19 goals scored in that unbroken run.
17 - Oranje-Rood recorded its seventeenth win of the season against Kampong, a new club record. The previous club record stood at sixteen wins and dated from 2023-2024.
29 - Oranje-Rood only gave up 29 goals in 22 games this season, a new low record in club history.
31 - Boers added one goal to his total against HDM and finished the season on 31 goals, good for his second top scorer title in a row. Last season, the penalty corner specialist finished on 28 goals.
88 - In the first season after the retirement of club icon and all-time premier league top scorer Jeroen Hertzberger, Rotterdam set a new goalscoring record with 88 goals. The previous club record stood at 82 goals (2016-2017).
132 - This season, Den Bosch's (number five) and Laren's (number 11) matches produced the most goals: 132. That amounts to an average of six goals per match.
