Unbeaten Den Bosch the best team of 2024

A draw at HDM (2-2), one against Kampong (1-1) and one at Amsterdam (1-1). Those were the only matches in 2024 in which the Den Bosch women did not step off the field as winners in the regular league of the Tulp Hoofdklasse. The 63 points earned by the twenty wins and three draws make Den Bosch the best-performing team of the calendar year.

Marieke Dijkstra's formation picked up ten more points than nearest rival SCHC in 2024, who recorded 16 wins, five draws and two defeats. Amsterdam is the number three of 2024, with 15 points less than Den Bosch. Teun de Nooijer's team played as many as six draws this calendar year, a number surpassed only by Kampong (eight draws).

Oranje-Rood at the bottom

Of all teams that were playing at the highest level during the entire calendar year, Oranje-Rood collected the fewest points (eighteen). They also condeded the most goals: 69 in 23 matches, an average of three goals per game.

Den Bosch got the fewest goals against. The winter champion was the only team below the average of one goal per game (0.83 via nineteen goals in 23 matches).
