The Tulp Hoofdklasse Women is up to its seventeenth round of play. With Den Bosch-SCHC there's a huge cracker on the menu. We look ahead with the key stats.

PINOKÉ - HDM
Saturday, 4:30pm

  • Pinoké won the last two matches with HDM and recorded a win in three of the last four underdogs (L1).

  • Pinoké lost only two of the last 12 league duels with HDM (W8 D2).

  • HDM lost its last seven matches in the Hoofdklasse, the worst series of all teams.

  • Pinoké is still in fourth place after 16 of the 22 rounds of play, a place that entitles them to participate in the play-offs. Coach Daan Sabel's team is four points ahead of direct competitors Kampong.

  • HDM failed to score in five of those seven lost games. They managed to do so again in the last two games: 2-3 Amsterdam and 5-1 Kampong.

TILBURG - ORANGE-ROOD
Saturday, 6:30pm

  • This will be only the fourth mutual match between the two teams in the Hoofdklasse. Orange-Rood kept only one point from the first three matches with Tilburg (L2).

  • Last week's narrow 1-0 defeat at SCHC ended a run of four matches without a loss (DDWW) for Tilburg.

  • Only Den Bosch (eight) and SCHC (seven) won more home games than Tilburg (four) this season.

  • Oranje-Rood won two of the last 17 regular league games and suffered eight defeats in that series.

  • Oranje-Rood lost its last three away games and did not score: 1-0 Rotterdam, 5-0 SCHC and 2-0 Pinoké. Never before has Oranje-Rood failed to score four away matches in a row.
