The eleventh round of play in the Tulp Hoofdklasse Men was Struan Walker's day. The Scot scored all the goals for frontrunner Oranje-Rood in the 4-2 win over Kampong. Schaerweijde caused a surprise by grabbing a point against national champions Amsterdam. Rotterdam and Den Bosch recorded big wins over Klein Zwitserland (7-2) and HDM (4-0) respectively. The matches between Bloemendaal and Pinoké remained undecided: 3-3.

Kampong - Oranje-Rood 2-4
A historic performance by Struan Walker gave frontrunner Oranje-Rood the 4-2 win in Utrecht. The Scottish marksman made history by becoming the first player ever to score four goals in an away match against Kampong. Walker was unstoppable Sunday afternoon at the Klapperboom. He put the visitors ahead 2-0 before half-time. After the break, Walker completed his hat-trick before Sander van de Putte pulled something back on behalf of Kampong. Walker then scored the best goal of the day by lobbing the ball over Kampong goalkeeper Luis Calzado into the goal. He now stands at 15 goals. Duco Telgenkamp made it another 4-2, but the home side got no closer. It was already his twelfth goal in the last eight official matches for the Utrechters. With this victory, Oranje-Rood remains the unbeaten leader, and is now fourteen matches in a row without defeat. Kampong, still playing without the injured Jip Janssen, saw a run of three wins come to an end.

Schaerweijde - Amsterdam 1-1
Schaerweijde took a point against Amsterdam. After a scoreless first half at De Kuil, it was Mirco Pruyser who put the national champions ahead, but Jelle Westendorp provided the equaliser. The point is a welcome boost for number ten Schaerweijde, which has now picked up four points from its last two matches. However, the team from Zeist are still waiting for their first home win in 12 matches. Amsterdam is struggling with its form in recent matches. The team sees its run without a win extend to three matches. It collected only four points from its last five matches and picked up only one point from its last three away games.

Bloemendaal - Pinoké 3-3
A goal-rich match at 't Kopje between Bloemendaal and Pinoké ended undecided. Florent van Aubel opened the scoring for the Stekneuzen, before Teun Beins equalised from a penalty corner. Texas Bukkens put Pinoké back in the lead before half-time. Soon after the game resumed, Jan van 't Land made it 2-2. For the third time in a row, the visitors took the lead. This time through Joep Troost, his twelfth of the season. In the end, Marco Miltkau decided the final score at 3-3. For Bloemendaal, it was the first draw of the season. Pinoké, which suffered only one defeat in its last 11 matches, was unable to win an away match for the third time in a row.

HDM - Den Bosch 0-4
Den Bosch is in fine form. Coach Nanco Jansonius' team recorded its fifth win in a row by beating HDM 4-0 in The Hague. At half-time, the Bosch formation was already leading 3-0. Joppe Wolbert opened the scoring for the visitors, after which Timo Boers doubled the lead. Boers made it 0-3 from the penalty spot. This brings his season total to 12 goals. After half-time, Koen Bijen set the final score at 0-4. Den Bosch is now seven matches in a row unbeaten and moves up to fourth place.

Rotterdam - Klein Zwitserland 7-2
Rotterdam made short work of Klein Zwitserland. At the Schouten Zekerheid Stadium it was no less than 7-2 for the home team, who had already built up a comfortable 4-0 lead at half-time. Pepijn van der Heijden was the big man for Rotterdam with his hat-trick and now has ten goals this season. Nick van Trigt and Jochem Bakker scored against their old team. Rotterdam recorded its third win in a row rose to second place at the expense of Pinoké. Klein Zwitserland, which suffered its third defeat in a row, is now five away games without a win and won only one of its last nine matches. The Hague formation remains eighth in the league table.
