What you need to know about women's match round 22
The final match round in the Tulp Hoofdklasse Women's regular league is just around the corner. Oranje-Rood hope to produce a unique performance against Den Bosch while SCHC want to extend a record streak against Bloemendaal. Here are the stats for this weekend.
AMSTERDAM - ROTTERDAM

What the stats say
- Amsterdam remained unbeaten in its last 15 matches against Rotterdam (W14 D1).
- The 0-0 from the outward game of the first half of the competition ended a run of 14 wins in a row by Amsterdam against Rotterdam.
- Amsterdam last lost to Rotterdam on 9 March 2008: in Rotterdam it was 2-1 for the home team through goals by Claire Visser and Kaori Chiba. Fieke Holman had opened the scoring for the Amsterdammers.
- Amsterdam won eight of its last ten matches in the Hoofdklasse, losing only to Den Bosch (1-2) and SCHC (0-1) in that series.
- Rotterdam won only one of its last 11 matches in the Hoofdklasse (D6 L4): that was on a visit to HDM on 22 March (2-3).

What the stats say
- SCHC has never lost to Bloemendaal (W19 D3) in the Hoofdklasse. That
- SCHC won its last four matches with Bloemendaal since a 0-0 in Bilthoven on 6 November 2022.
- Bloemendaal only picked up one point in 11 home matches with SCHC: that happened in the very first encounter at 't Kopje on 9 March 2003 (1-1).
- Bloemendaal secured a new season in the Hoofdklasse by a 1-2 win at HDM last weekend. Demi Hilterman excelled with two hit penalty corners.
- SCHC can end the season without defeat for the third time in the club's history. That succeeded in the past only in 2021-2022 (W16 D6) and 2022-2023 (W19 D3).
HGC - PINOKÉ

What the stats say
- HGC has hardly had any success against Pinoké in recent years. The Wassenaar-based team won only one of its last 14 matches with the Stekneuzen (D3 L10): a 3-1 home victory on 8 May 2022.
- Pinoké won four of the last five matches between them (D1) and won five of the last seven matches against HGC (D2) since that 3-1 defeat on 8 May 2022.
- HGC lost five of last eight home matches with Pinoké (L L D W L L D).
- HGC won two of its last three games (3-0 HDM and 2-1 Bloemendaal), but with 19 points from 21 games it is still not sure of staying in the Hoofdklasse for longer.
- This is the seventh consecutive season Pinoké has been among the five best teams in the regular league. In the past six seasons, the team finished fifth, fifth, fifth, fifth, fifth and third successively.

- Oranje-Rood won only one of its 16 matches against Den Bosch in the Hoofdklasse (D1 L14).
- That win dates from 9 September 2018, when it was 0-1 at Oosterplas through a goal by Jimena Cédres.
- Oranje-Rood failed to score in three of the last five matches with Den Bosch, scoring only two goals in that series (through Janneke van de Venne and Bibi Donraadt).
- Oranje-Rood is tenth and must fear playing play-outs against a club from the Promotieklasse.
- Den Bosch did not lose a single point in its last five matches. Since the 0-4 home defeat against leaders SCHC, the reigning national champions won against Pinoké (1-3), Rotterdam (1-0), Hurley (1-4), HDM (0-2) and Kampong (3-2).

What the stats say
- Tilburg lost the outward match from the first league half 4-2 and remained winless in its last two matches with the Forest Owls failing to win (L D).
- On 22 September 2024, Tilburg won for the second and last time against Hurley: in Amstelveen it was 1-2 through goals by Daphne Nikkels and Mikki Roberts. Amy Lawton scored against on behalf of Hurley.
- Tilburg were relegated from the Hoofdklasse last week by a 1-1 at Rotterdam after four seasons. In that match, club icon Mikki Roberts missed two penalty strokes, including one three minutes before time at 1-1. She also scored Tilburg's only goal in that match.
- Hurley could not win eight games in a row in the Hoofdklasse (L L L D L L D D). The last win was the 0-4 at HGC on 1 March 2026.
- Romée Corver is having her most productive season in the Hoofdklasse. The Hurley striker is on five hits, three more than her previous personal record of 2021-2022, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
