Winter outdoors put line through Bloemendaal-Rotterdam

Winter showers are also making themselves felt in the field hockey world. The topper between Bloemendaal and Rotterdam was called off Thursday, just over an hour before the game.
Both playoff contenders were scheduled to kick off at 8:30 pm. But due to winter conditions in Bloemendaal, that was not possible. The field at 't Kopje is covered under a layer of snow.
The duel between Bloemendaal and Rotterdam was moved to this Thursday because of both teams' EHL obligations in October. A new date for this match is now being sought. The KNHB announces that the game will probably be played at the beginning of the second half of the season.
