Yibbi Jansen top scorer of the calendar year for fourth time
Yibbi Jansen may call herself the most prolific player of 2025 in the Tulp Hoofdklasse Women. The SCHC midfielder narrowly beat competitors Frédérique Matla (Den Bosch).
Jansen scored twenty goals this year: she exploited seventeen penalty corners and added three hit penalty strokes. Matla followed her on one hit, with nineteen goals on behalf of Den Bosch. A year ago, the roles were reversed: back then, Matla was the undisputed goal-scoring machine with 29 goals and Jansen finished second with nineteen. For Jansen, it is her fourth calendar year title, after previous wins in 2017 (Oranje-Rood), 2022 and 2023 (SCHC).
Moreover, in 2025, no one was as productive from a penalty corner as Jansen. The gap with the rest is substantial: Matla and Imke Verstraeten (Pinoké/Amsterdam) came to 11 and 10 hit corners respectively.
Jip Dicke: queen of field goals
Of all goal scorers in 2025, SCHC striker Jip Dicke scored the most field goals: thirteen. She was just ahead of teammate Maud van den Heuvel (12). Joosje Burg (twelve) and Pien Dicke (SCHC) also finished high in this ranking.
