In the Tulp Hoofdklasse Women, frontrunner SCHC made no mistakes. Coach Robbert van de Peppel's team won no less than 7-0 in and against Tilburg on Saturday. Sisters Jip and Pien Dicke combined for five goals. On the men's side, Klein Zwitserland avoided defeat in the Hague derby against HDM at the last minute. It ended 2-2.

Tilburg - SCHC 0-7
It was all very well what SCHC showed against Tilburg. The Bilthoven formation triumphed 7-0 to remain unbeaten leaders in the Tulp Hoofdklasse. Jip Dicke scored three goals and brought her total to ten. Sister Pien found the net twice and has now scored four goals. SCHC's other two goals came courtesy of Yibbi Jansen. The penalty corner specialist lifted her season total to six. Goalkeeper Marsha Zwezereijn replaced Elodie Picard in the last ten minutes in het goal for the Bilthoven team. Thanks to the third victory in a row, SCHC extended its unbeaten run to 22 premier league games. For Tilburg, the defeat marked its fourth in the last six matches.

HDM - Klein Zwitserland 2-2
The Hague derby between HDM and Klein Zwitserland ended in a draw. Lars Daniels scored the equaliser for the visitors in the last minute, keeping Klein Zwitserland unbeaten in the league.

The guests had taken the lead in the sixth minute through a goal by Chad Futcher, already his fifth goal of the season. HDM responded quickly and levelled the score four minutes later through Guus van den Boezem. The 1-1 score remained on the scoreboard until the last quarter. Seven minutes before time, Chris Taberima pushed hit from a penalty corner for a 2-1 lead for HDM. The home team seemed to be on their way to victory, but Daniels prevented defeat for Klein Zwitserland.

The draw fits into a remarkable sequence: Klein Zwitserland remain unbeaten after eight league matches for the first time since 1982-83, although it is their fifth draw of the season. The draw means HDM is already four home matches in a row unbeaten against the city rival, who have already dropped 10 points in the last six editions of the derby.
