Top scorer Jip Dicke immediately added another goal to her total when the league resumed. She needed just three minutes against Pinoké (3-0) to score. The SCHC striker now stands at 13 goals, just two less than her personal record from last season.

Closest followers Frédérique Matla (Den Bosch) and Yibbi Jansen (SCHC) were also prolific in the first match round of this calendar year. Together with Dicke, they are so far the only players already in double figures this season.

The competitors of Boris Burkhardt and Struan Walker managed to narrow the gap with the two top scorers last weekend. Pinoké attacker Joep Troost registered his fifteenth goal of the season against Schaerweijde (4-1 win), and Timo Boers could also put an extra dash behind his name. The Den Bosch defender scored one goal in the away match against Laren (0-6 win), taking his production on behalf of the club from Brabant to exactly one hundred goals in all leagues.

Troost may already be able to celebrate a career milestone next weekend. The striker is only two goals away from his fiftieth goal in the Hoofdklasse. He scored three on behalf of Almere and now stands at 45 goals on behalf of Pinoké.
